Attention Current Graduate Students: Are you interested in showing your Drexel pride and helping out during our annual Welcome & Resource Fair?

The Graduate College invites current graduate students to volunteer to meet and greet with new graduate students during Graduate Student Orientation on September 18 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.!

Volunteers do not have to stay the whole event and will be asked to provide availability and preferred tasks in the form below.

Welcome from Administrators & Current Student Panel
9 to 10 a.m. ET
Main Auditorium, Main Building

Drexel Welcome & Resource Fair
10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET
Behrakis Grand Hall, Inside Creese Student Center 

Example Tasks Include:

• Help setting up and staffing check-in tables
• Distributing handouts and giveaway items
• Assisting welcome fair table hosts with setup/cleanup
• Guiding new students to key locations around campus (E.g. student center, DragonCard office, bookstore, Drexel Central, libraries, health center, lounge spaces, classroom buildings, etc.)
• Doing impromptu campus and/or classroom tours, if able and willing
• Mingling with students about your own Drexel experience, involvement, resources, opportunities, time management, recommendations for favorite spots on campus or around Philadelphia, how to get around, etc.
